HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Browse our products, add your chosen items to the cart and complete the checkout with your correct contact and delivery information. After your order is placed, our team will contact you by phone or email to confirm it before dispatch.
What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
We currently operate primarily through Cash on Delivery. For international orders, payment and delivery details will be confirmed individually by our team before dispatch.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes, we deliver within Albania, Kosovo, North Macedonia and internationally.
Estimated delivery times:
* Albania: within 24 hours
* Kosovo: 2–3 days
* North Macedonia: 7–10 days
* Other countries: approximately one week, depending on the destination
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Shipping costs are:
* Albania: 300 ALL
* Kosovo: €7
* North Macedonia: €10
* Other international destinations: calculated according to the destination and the total weight of the selected products
IS BUYING ONLINE SAFE?
Yes. Orders are placed through our secure online checkout and confirmed directly by our team. Your personal information is used only to process, confirm and deliver your order.
DO I HAVE TO PAY ANYTHING TO RETURN MY ITEMS?
The customer is responsible for the direct return shipping cost, except when an incorrect or damaged item has been received. In such cases, please contact us immediately with your order details and clear photographs of the item.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
Please contact our Customer Care team within 2 days of receiving your order and provide your order details. Products must be unused, unopened and returned in their original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, cosmetics and other sealed personal-care products cannot be returned once opened.
